The Culture-Ready Seminar

The Culture-Ready Seminar is an in depth discussion lead by Allen about the 11 cultural dimensions that shape our world. Episodes are released weekly, each covering a particular dimension or capability. Included is a community where subscribers can discuss cultural experiences, ask questions, and interact with Allen directly. Subscribers have the opportunity to watch and ask questions live during the seminar, as well as participate in conversations about each episode before and after it is aired. They will have access to the archive of all of the Culture-Ready Seminar content.

Culture-Ready 1:1 Consultation

The Culture-Ready 1:1 Consultation is a guided training program for pre-missionaries for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to help them enter their mission with confidence and cultural intelligence. When you enroll, you get: A validated cultural preferences assessment  Two 1:1 coaching calls with Allen 1 Ă— 60-minute session (includes a debrief of your cultural preferences assessment) 1 Ă— 30-minute follow-up session On-demand videos about effectively working across cultures
